Magnesium bisglycinate is an organically bound form of magnesium and is therefore easily absorbed by the body. Due to the binding of magnesium with the amino acid l-glycine, the magnesium can easily cross the blood-brain barrier.

Inorganically bound forms of magnesium include Magnesium sulfate and Magnesium oxide. Organically bound forms have high bioavailability, allowing them to be well absorbed by the body.

Mattisson magnesium bisglycinate capsules contain 150 mg of elemental magnesium (40% RDA) per two capsules.
A vegetarian HPMC capsule is used, and the product is free from unnecessary additives. Vegan MCT powder is used as an anti-caking agent.
