Magnesium Taurate, Sunphenon® TH30 (natural L-theanine extracted from green tea), 5-HTP (Griffonia seed extract 99%, Griffonia simplicifolia), HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell), affron®: Saffron (Crocus Sativus L.) stigmas extract (Std. to 3.5% Lepticrosalides® by HPLC).
Start with an initial dosage of 2 tablets once daily, preferably with water at breakfast.
If desired, after a week you can switch to a maintenance dosage of 1 per day.
Children aged 3 to 12 years: 1 tablet per day.
Not suitable during pregnancy (or desire for pregnancy).

Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
