Bacopa monnieri contains unique substances: the bacosides. In Sanskrit, Brahmi means ‘consciousness’ or ‘wisdom’.

The main constituents are bacosides, alkaloids, saponins, and phytosterols.

Take 1-2 capsules daily with a meal and water. Suitable for children aged 12 and over.
