As an IBS patient, extra fibre is very important and at the same time always a risk for additional abdominal pain and symptoms. With these fibres, I am completely safe. Never any complaints and very pleasant to use.

Ingredients
100% Acacia Senegal fibres.
Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 10 grams) into a large glass of water. First add the Acacia fibres to the glass, then add water while stirring.
Drink the glass empty and then drink another glass of water. Drink enough water throughout the day.
The Acacia fibres can also be added to fruit juice, yoghurt, a smoothie, or tea instead of water. Preferably take in the morning before a meal.
Any sediment is normal.
This product is a food supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
