What are the amounts of sugars and fats? Can I use it in yoghurt?

This whey protein provides 3.5 grams of carbohydrates and 5 grams of fat per 100 grams of powder, of which 0.3 grams are saturated fat.

For a serving of 30 grams of powder, this amounts to approximately 1 gram of carbohydrates and 1.5 grams of fat.

The powder can be mixed into yoghurt, possibly with some cold water added.

can you also add this to warm milk? or are amino acids not to be heated?

Warm, non-boiling milk does not adversely affect the Biological Whey Protein Natural (80% protein). The downside is that you cannot put it in a shaker or blender (hot liquids build pressure, causing the liquid to spray out of the container or blender, posing a risk of burns). Additionally, this powder does not dissolve easily in milk. If you add a scoop to warm milk, large clumps are likely to form.

You could first dissolve the protein in cold milk (in a shaker or blender), and then heat this shake up.
