I've been using these tablets for a while now. I find them rather large, but taking 3-4 gives a satisfactory result.

Usage

Take 1 to 2 vegetarian capsules with water 1-3 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

How many capsules are in the package? I can't find this information anywhere: it only states that there are 750 mg of psyllium fibres per capsule.
