I use it regularly to stabilize my digestive system (I have intolerances, etc). I notice my stomach doesn't react badly to it, however I haven't noticed positive side effects either
Much easier to use than those unpleasant sachets with fibres
Fibre in capsules, instead of those inconvenient sachets with sugar or sweeteners that you have to mix in water
I've been using these tablets for a while now. I find them rather large, but taking 3-4 gives a satisfactory result.
