Much easier to use than those unpleasant sachets with fibres
Fibre in capsules, instead of those inconvenient sachets with sugar or sweeteners that you have to mix in water
I've been using these tablets for a while now. I find them rather large, but taking 3-4 gives a satisfactory result.

How many capsules are in the package? I can't find this information anywhere: it only states that there are 750 mg of psyllium fibres per capsule.
