Ghee is widely used in Indian Ayurvedic cuisine, particularly for frying and roasting. Unlike traditional Ghee from India, Mattisson Ghee is delightfully neutral with a mild flavour.
Ghee enhances digestion: beneficial substances are better absorbed, and waste products are efficiently eliminated. Ghee is packed with essential omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids and contains vitamins A, D, E, and K.
