70% Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) powder*, 30% Inulin (from Agave plant)*, HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell).

Take 1–2 capsules 1–3 times daily with a glass of water. Also ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day.
Reduce the dosage in case of wind/flatulence, bloating or diarrhoea. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
