With this cocoa powder I make hot chocolate, stir it into porridge, and use it when baking brownies. Works well!

Fantastic product
I drink it every day. It tastes delicious. There are also no strange metallic particles in it that I find in other brands of cocoa powder.
Bitter as it should be, but provides a good energy boost. In the morning with breakfast in your porridge and you're set until the afternoon.
Mattisson Cocoa Powder naturally contains 7 grams of bioflavonoids and only 0.9 grams of sugar per 100 grams.
Mattisson Cocoa Powder is made from unroasted organic cocoa beans.
Name change of this product
Certain experts claim that all cocoa beans must have been heated above 42 degrees to kill moulds and bacteria. Additionally, to make cocoa mass (=peeled, dried, and ground cocoa beans) into cocoa powder and cocoa butter, a temperature higher than 42 degrees Celsius is needed. Therefore, Mattisson has chosen not to call its cocoa powder Raw anymore because we cannot guarantee that it has not been heated above 42 degrees.
