I had never heard of this before, but I understand it can be used for a sensitive stomach instead of cocoa. It tastes very nice.
Mattisson is a lovely brand. I haven't tried this powder yet, but I'm sure it will be perfect for a cake or similar.
this is a delightful alternative to cocoa and for those with an allergy, it is naturally slightly more bitter/sweeter than cocoa.
