Tasty cheese flavour. And it's great that a lot of zinc has been added. The nutritional yeast flakes I bought before didn’t contain zinc!
Nutritional yeast flakes, inactive yeast, are made using molasses and have a nutty, cheesy flavour, containing B vitamins. For the fermentation, extra organically bound vitamin B12 and zinc have been added. Nutritional yeast is deactivated yeast.
