Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Magnesium bisglycinate, Magnesium taurate, Magnesium malate, Magnesium citrate, Aquamin® TG Magnesium, vegetable magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), isomalt (binder), silica (anti-caking agent), tapioca dextrin (binder), coating (HPC, HPMC), Pyridoxal 5 phosphate (Vitamin B6).

Take 1-2 tablets per day with water.
Intake of more than 250 mg of magnesium per day (2 tablets) may have a laxative effect.

Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.
