Magnesium Taurate, Sunphenon® TH30 (natural L-theanine extracted from green tea), 5-HTP (Griffonia seed extract 99%, Griffonia simplicifolia), HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell), affron®: Saffron (Crocus Sativus L.) stigma extract (Std. to 3.5% Lepticrosalides® by HPLC).
Take 2 capsules once daily during or after a meal with water.
Contains Caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.
