I've been using this collagen for a few years now and I've noticed that my skin, hair, and nails have become firmer and fuller 😁
Skin feels better, digestion feels better.
I simply drink it in a glass of warm water in the morning. I find it has a neutral to pleasant taste. Easy to drink. I take it with the aim of maintaining a youthful appearance. So far, it works :)
After reading the previous review, I was slightly apprehensive but decided to purchase it today nonetheless. Upon arriving home, I opened the can and there was truly no smell at all. I just mixed it into a glass of orange juice and noticed no difference in taste whatsoever. So, in that regard, I’m already pleased; now it’s just a matter of waiting to see if I notice any physical changes or improvements over time.
I was very curious about this product but often leave it because it really does have a strong fishy smell and taste. It's very difficult to get down without gagging!

What is the difference between the purple and the pink variant?

Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen, which is important for blood vessels, cartilage, and bones. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in connective tissue, among other places.
Is this collagen sourced from sea fish? From sustainably caught fish? From farmed fish? From organic farmed fish?

The various fish species (including mackerel, sardines, etc.) are not farmed organically, but the farming is regulated by the EU and veterinarians, and complies with EU legislation just like the final product (Peptan type 1).
