I've been using this collagen for a few years now and I've noticed that my skin, hair, and nails have become firmer and fuller đ
Skin feels better, digestion feels better.
I simply drink it in a glass of warm water in the morning. I find it has a neutral to pleasant taste. Easy to drink. I take it with the aim of maintaining a youthful appearance. So far, it works :)
After reading the previous review, I was slightly apprehensive but decided to purchase it today nonetheless. Upon arriving home, I opened the can and there was truly no smell at all. I just mixed it into a glass of orange juice and noticed no difference in taste whatsoever. So, in that regard, Iâm already pleased; now itâs just a matter of waiting to see if I notice any physical changes or improvements over time.
I was very curious about this product but often leave it because it really does have a strong fishy smell and taste. It's very difficult to get down without gagging!

Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen, which is important for blood vessels, cartilage, and bones. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in connective tissue, among other places.
Is this collagen sourced from sea fish? From sustainably caught fish? From farmed fish? From organic farmed fish?
