Since I've been using this powder, I've noticed that my hair is fuller and healthier, and my nails are stronger. The taste isn't very pleasant, but I don't find it bothersome, especially since I'm seeing real results. I dissolve a scoop in a glass of water every day.
Great product, odourless, and easy to use.

See the difference in my skin. Slightly odd taste but manageable.

However, we can say that the structure of marine collagen is most similar to our own collagen, which is why it is often preferred over bovine collagen. Nonetheless, it remains a matter of trial and error, and bovine collagen is also very popular.
How much collagen does the Mattisson collagen powder fish contain per serving?

I've read in the responses to the questions that it's better not to take it with yoghurt or a hot drink (coffee) because of certain reasons. Why is that? I understand elsewhere that intake can occur in any manner. Does it matter whether it's animal or plant-based yoghurt?

The various fish species (including mackerel and sardines) are not organically farmed, but the farming is under the control of the EU and veterinarians and complies with EU legislation, as does the end product (Peptan type 1).
