I usually have no trouble at all swallowing tablets, even without breaking them in half. These ones are hard to get down, they’re rough or something which makes them stick. Otherwise, I do feel that the magnesium is doing what it's supposed to and I'm pleased with the price-quality ratio, given the good absorption form.
