Ingredients
L-tryptophan, rice bran extract, magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), vegetarian capsule.
Take 1-3 v-capsules per day with plenty of water away from meals (up to half an hour before or two hours after meals).
Note:
L-Tryptophan should not be taken by people being treated with antidepressants
(including MAO inhibitors).
It may also interact with some medications or have effects on certain conditions.
Therefore, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you wish to use this product (in addition to your medication). Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
