L-tryptophan, rice bran extract, magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), vegetarian capsule.
Take 1-3 v-capsules per day with plenty of water away from meals (up to half an hour before or two hours after meals).
Note:
L-Tryptophan should not be taken by people being treated with antidepressants
(including MAO inhibitors).
It may also interact with some medications or have effects on certain conditions.
