Great product! I've been using this kefir probiotic for a while now and I've noticed that my {***} is calmer and my {***}. The capsules are easy to take and I don't get any {***} from them. It's definitely a keeper for me.
For years I have tried various brands and types, but this one remains the best probiotic for me. Definitely worth a try!
