I use this for the collagen. The bone broth doesn't have a strong flavour on its own, but the mild taste it does have isn't to my liking. With a bit of salt, turmeric, garlic, cayenne pepper, etc., I turn it into a tasty sipping broth!
I am satisfied with my purchase because I strongly believe in the beneficial health effects of this bone broth powder. The taste is very bland, but I can live with that.
Beef Bone Broth is Beef Bone Bouillon made from meaty bones. The Bone Bouillon is then dehydrated, resulting in a concentrated Protein Powder rich in Type 1 Collagen, Vitamins, Minerals, and (Essential) Amino Acids. The addition of Sunflower Lecithin ensures the powder dissolves very well.
Collagen is a protein that provides cohesion, elasticity, and regeneration (repair) of all our connective tissues, including skin, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and bones. Collagen is strong and flexible.
