Maca is a root vegetable that grows at high altitudes, between 3,000 and 4,500 metres above sea level, in the Peruvian Andes. Maca is the only edible plant that survives at this altitude and is also known as the Ginseng of the Andes.

Usage:
1-3 times daily, use 1-2 scoops (3 g) of Absolute Maca Powder in muesli, yoghurt and/or fruit drinks.
