Mineral-rich salt!
Fleur de Sel has a finer structure than Absolute Celtic Coarse Sea Salt and a slightly higher sodium content. This Fleur de Sel is the ideal replacement for table salt.
Celtic sea salt originates from France. It is harvested in the Guérande region in Brittany.
It contains a relatively low level of sodium chloride and a relatively high percentage of minerals and trace elements, both from the clay soil and the sea.
After harvesting, the salt is left to dry naturally for about half a year until approximately 10% moisture remains. It is then directly packaged without refining, preserving valuable minerals such as magnesium in the salt.
