As a former [.....] patient, I use Tamoxifen and therefore retain more fluid. With the approval of my oncologist, I have decided to use Bitter Melon capsules and I have noticed two effects. Firstly, I retain less fluid, and secondly, I have less hunger. All in all, this is a reason for me to continue. I took two capsules a day for one week and now I take one a day. Best regards, Wilma
