I haven't been using this product for very long; this is my second jar. I take it as a warm drink in the morning, mixed with almond milk. Personally, I find it a bit too sweet in taste.
I've been taking this powder for several years now, and I find it a great daily supplement of vegetables and fruit. Of course, there are other things in it too, sprouted grasses, algae. All vegan! With high ORAC. Every morning, I dissolve a scoop in some apple juice and it tastes good. They won't be taking that away from me!
The taste is quite manageable. I mix it into green smoothies.
Many fine ingredients, the taste is acceptable. It is quite powdery compared to, for example, Alkagreens by Alka, but with these types of drinks, you're meant to drink rather than taste. The price-quality ratio is simply very good.

It says 10 grams 1 to 3 times a day. If you take it 3 times a day, should you divide those 10 grams into 3 parts or take 10 grams each time?

I read that it contains sulphite. Isn't that a carcinogenic product?

However, this is such a small amount that it is not listed in quantities, but it is mentioned because some people are allergic to it.
Sulphite is a derivative of sulphur. Sulphur is a chemical element that is quite common in nature. Sulphite is included in the list of fourteen allergenic substances that must be listed on labels by all food industries. The European Commission and the World Health Organisation conducted their own research into the possible effects of sulphite in our bodies and came to several conclusions. For instance, sulphite is not carcinogenic, mutagenic (causing changes in DNA), or harmful to fertility.
