Ubiquinol co-enzyme Q10Mannavital

Co-enzyme Q10 can be offered in two forms: ubiquinone and ubiquinol. Ubiquinone is the oxidised form of co-enzyme Q10, which must first be reduced in the body before it becomes active. As we age, the capacity for this conversion decreases. Ubiquinol is the reduced form of co-enzyme Q10, which no longer needs to be converted and is therefore immediately effective. Additionally, ubiquinol is better absorbed than ubiquinone.

Composition per capsule:
50 mg Ubiquinol (KANEKA QH™)

Ingredients
Sunflower oil, capsule (gelatine, emulsifier: glycerol, colourant: caramel), emulsifiers (glyceryl stearate, beeswax, SOY LECITHIN), ubiquinol.

1 to 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably at breakfast and/or lunch.
Under special circumstances: up to 4 capsules per day.
