L-Tryptophan, Valerian extract, thickeners (Cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, HPMC), Griffonia extract, FISH OIL powder, Passionflower extract, vitamins, binder (Triacetin), anti-caking agents (Stearic acid, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate), colourant (Titanium dioxide), Melatonin.

Usage:
Take 1 tablet half an hour before going to bed with sufficient (a whole glass) of water.
Vitamin B6:
- Per daily dosage, a maximum of 3 mg of vitamin B6: This food supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year old.
- Per daily dosage, more than 3 mg of vitamin B6: this food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years old.
- Per daily dosage, more than 5 mg of vitamin B6: this food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old.
- Per daily dosage, more than 7 mg of vitamin B6: this food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years old.
