Chondroitin Sulphate 500 mg
Composition: Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl, Chondroitin Sulphate, stabilisers (Cellulose, Cross-linked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), filler (Dicalcium Phosphate), glazing agent (Shellac).

Today, I placed an order for Glucosamine Chondroitin 1500/500 mg Brand: Lucovitaal. You indicate that when starting a course, you begin with a double dosage. However, it does not specify how long a course lasts before reverting to 1 tablet per day. I would very much like to know how to build up, for how long, and what the maintenance dosage is thereafter. On 23 april 2024 by Customer serviceWhen using Lucovitaal Glucosamine Chondroitin 1500/500 mg, it is customary to start with a double dosage of 2 tablets per day for the first 3 months. This is known as the "build-up phase". After these 3 months, you can switch to the maintenance dosage of 1 tablet per day.
It is important to remember that the effects of glucosamine and chondroitin occur gradually and it may take a few weeks before you notice improvement. It is also recommended to use this supplement continuously for the best result.
