I use this tea for fibromyalgia; I have read a lot of good things about it, so I am curious. The taste is quite acceptable.

I have been using this for my fibromyalgia for several months! At first, I had what you call 'acidic' muscles (you feel that sensation after exercising) and it was very bothersome, but now I hardly feel it anymore!

I need to monitor my acidity levels and possibly take the tea if they are too low, done... and the tea is very nice, I didn't expect that. Tastes great!!

An optimal pH level in the body is essential for maintaining good health. This pH level is indicated by a pH value: It can range from 0 to 14, where 0 represents the strongest acidity and 14 the highest alkaline (basic) reaction. A pH value of 7 is neutral and reflects a good acid-base balance.

Ingredients

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) (56.1%), nettle (Urtica) (15%), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) (10%), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) (8%), peppermint (Mentha piperita) (8%), turmeric (Curcuma Longa) (1.3%), zinc citrate (1%) (= 5 mg zinc = 50% of the Recommended Daily Allowance), spirulina (Spirulina plantensis) (0.3%), chlorella (Chlorella Pyrenoidosa C.) (0.3%).

Usage

Allow the tea bag to steep for at least 3 to 5 minutes in 200 ml of boiled water before drinking the tea.

Drink one cup of Acid-Base Tea daily.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
