Best vitamin C I've ever tried. Very effective, with no side effects. It's also good for the skin. I take it when I need to boost my immune defence or during very busy days to help me stay focused.

Take 1 sachet daily unless otherwise recommended.
Preferably take on an empty stomach and wait 15 minutes before eating. For best results: Snip or tear the sachet open at the notch and squeeze the contents into a small amount of spring water or juice. Do not stir, but drink in one gulp.
Note! Do not add to hot drinks and do not mix using a blender or mixer.
Store at room temperature.
Do not freeze or place in direct sunlight for extended periods.
