Lamberts Vitamin E 250IU natural Vitamin supplement The Vitamin E capsules from Lamberts contain Vitamin E in its natural form: d-alpha tocopherol. This form is found in nutrients such as nuts and vegetable oils. In this form, Vitamin E is also easy to absorb. The Vitamin E used by Lamberts is sourced from natural origins and is produced from sunflower oil. The natural form has twice the potency of its synthetic equivalent, dl-alpha tocopherol. Usage:
1 to 2 capsules per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
