Usage:
Take 1 to 2 tablets three times a day with meals, unless otherwise advised. Our daily need for Vitamin C is higher than other water-soluble vitamins. It is ideal to take Vitamin C in smaller amounts spread throughout the day and night because Vitamin C is quickly excreted. This is not very practical and therefore Lamberts Vitamin C Time Release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which makes the supplement active longer in our body
