Vitamin C 1000 mg Time Release with Bioflavonoids

Our daily requirement for Vitamin C is higher than for any other water-soluble vitamin. It is ideal to take Vitamin C in smaller amounts spread throughout the day and night because Vitamin C is quickly excreted. This is not very practical and that is why Lamberts® Vitamin C Time Release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which makes the preparation active in our body for longer.

Ingredients
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, anti-caking agents, (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Rosehip Powder

Usage
Take 1 tablet every 6 hours, maximum 2 per day, unless otherwise advised. For Belgium: take one tablet once a day at most.
More than 1000mg of vitamin C can cause mild stomach complaints in sensitive individuals. Mandatory legal text for Belgium: Kidney patients should not take more than 200mg of vitamin C per day due to the risk of hyperoxalemia, among other things.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
