Ingredients
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine), Rose Hip Powder, Magnesium Stearate.

Usage:
Take one tablet every 6 hours (maximum 2 per day), unless otherwise advised. Our daily need for Vitamin C is higher than for any other water-soluble vitamin. It is ideal to take Vitamin C in smaller amounts spread throughout the day and night because Vitamin C is quickly excreted. This is not very practical and therefore Lamberts® Vitamin C Time Release (the vitamin is released evenly over 6 hours), which makes the supplement active in our body for longer.

This product is a food supplement.

Do not exceed recommended dosage.

A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
