Usage:
Take 1 capsule three times a day with meals, unless otherwise advised.

Silica is often offered that is extracted from horsetail. For one reason or another, I do not tolerate this well. However, the silica from bamboo is excellent. Just be sure to take it for a sufficient length of time to see results. Highly recommended.

On 03 december 2014 by Customer serviceSilica (bamboo) from Lamberts contains 200mg of silicic acid per capsule. Taking 3 capsules a day provides 600mg. It is not necessary to take 3 capsules a day; 1 capsule per day is also perfectly fine.
The product from Solgar (based on Equisetum arvense) is indeed lower in dosage. The concentration of silicon in bamboo gum is naturally much higher.
