Lamberts Probioguard Probiotic supplement Lamberts Probioguard contains four carefully selected strains of friendly bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus (La5), Bifidobacteria (Bb12), Streptococcus thermophilus, and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp bulgaricus. The bacteria are freeze-dried and encapsulated in an acid-stable polysaccharide matrix, which protects them against the highly acidic conditions in the stomach. This special matrix increases their survival rate in the stomach by a factor of 50. Composition:

Excipients:
dextrose, capsule (gelatin, titanium dioxide), sucrose, and magnesium stearate.
Usage:
Take 2 capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening with some water or milk at a meal, unless otherwise advised. Do not take with hot drinks: heat kills bacteria.
Warnings for use:
If antibiotics are used, take at least two hours after taking the antibiotic.
