Usage
For those who consume 2 portions of oily fish per week:
take 1 capsule per day.
For those who consume little to no oily fish: take 2 – 3 capsules per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.
Warning: People taking blood-thinning medications (anticoagulants) or aspirin should consult their GP before using pure fish oil.
