Lamberts A-Z Multi is a once-a-day formula that contains all essential micronutrients in 100% RDA quantities. It is suitable as a maintenance supplement for anyone aged 13 and over. A-Z Multi is very competitively priced, making it a strong contender in the market.
Multipreparation
To ensure sufficient intake of Calcium and Magnesium (RDA level), A-Z Multi can be combined with Osteoguard. It is not feasible to include these in A-Z Multi as it would make the tablet too large, given that both Calcium and Magnesium occupy a significant amount of space in a tablet.

Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
