L-Glutamine      1500 mg

Ingredients
L-Glutamine, Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

Usage
Take 1 to 6 capsules daily with water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. 
An amino acid is best taken half an hour before each meal or at bedtime. 

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
