I attribute the mentioned experiences to the placebo effect. No effect measured. A money-making scheme!!!

Contains flavone glycosides 28.8 mg
Ginkgolides and bilobalides 7.2 mg

Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl ylcellulose, stearic acid, glycerine, carnauba wax, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. These tablets are formulated to provide a gradual release over a period of 2 to 3 hours.
Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 tablet per day.

At this moment, we can still state that Ginkgo Biloba extract supports circulation, including the blood circulation of the brain.
You can therefore use Ginkgo 6000 mg for all the purposes you previously used it for.
