Usage:
1 tablet per day with a glass of water or during meals, unless otherwise advised.
Warnings for use:
People using oral anticoagulants should be monitored, as higher doses of vitamin E can enhance the effect of anticoagulants. Taking this product may sometimes result in a (dark) yellow discolouration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body has absorbed the vitamin well and is excreting an excess of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Increasing daily fluid intake will return the urine to normal or near-normal colour. FEM 45+ contains iron which, if highly dosed, can be harmful to very young children.
