For versatile use, it's great that the capsules are plant-based
I am very satisfied with it, no bad taste, not too large to take, and so far the best results for what I use it for.
GLA is commonly used as a dietary supplement to promote a normal and regular menstrual cycle or to alleviate menopausal symptoms, such as mood swings, irritability, and hot flashes. Additionally, GLA is used to maintain healthy skin.
