To relieve symptoms of a severe ***, I was advised by a doctor specialising in lifestyle medicine to take this. It works. The taste is quite strong, and I do feel a bit nauseous after a few cups.
I brew tea from these herbs for menopause/memo breaks. I use Nettle leaf, Horsetail, Shepherd's purse, and Valerian root, one teaspoon of each herb in a tea strainer, pour boiling water over it and let it steep.
