On 22 may 2018 by Customer serviceYou could take a capsule of Mycopryl in the morning and afternoon, and a capsule of probiotics in the evening. Or as you suggested, in the morning before breakfast and before taking the Mycopryl (although Mycopryl does not adversely affect the functioning of probiotics, so if it doesn't work out on a particular day, you can take them simultaneously without worry).
The manufacturer provides the following preparation advice for Pau d'Arco (indeed, first cup warm, other cups cooled):
1 tablespoon (approximately 6 grams) with 400 ml of water, let it simmer gently for 15 minutes, and then strain. You can drink 2 to 3 cups of this throughout the day.
