Liquorice (herbal) tea
Ingredients
Liquorice (glycyrrhiza glabra).
Usage
To be prepared as tea.
Recommended use: Pour 2 to 3 teaspoons (approx. 4 grams) of liquorice over 150 ml of boiling water (may be boiled for 5 minutes if desired).
Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
You can enjoy a cup after each meal or in the evening.
You can also use liquorice to flavour your tea or herbal drink.
Contains liquorice - people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.
