Good for maintaining balanced gut flora. Supports healthy stomach function. Appetite stimulant. Aids digestion. Soothing effect on the respiratory system. Usage:
2 tablespoons of herbs per half litre of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes as tea. Drink a cup warm or cold 3 times a day. Can be sweetened.
Store in a cool, dry place.
