After drinking this tea, my blood pressure quickly returned to normal and I am now off the medication. Super!
I have very high blood pressure and was using medication to lower it. I experienced many side effects. Now I drink a litre of this tea throughout the day, and my blood pressure has decreased from 195/125 to 140/90 without any side effects. I wish I had known this sooner. It's truly recommended for people with high blood pressure. Tip: Boil a litre of water, add 2 tablespoons of this tea, let it steep for 20 minutes, then pour it into a bottle and place it in the fridge. It tastes best when chilled.
My sister and her husband have also purchased these herbs through me and have had the same experience with the blood pressure effects of this tea. They are using fewer medications and the doctors cannot understand why things are going so well now.
I am very pleased with this tea.
