Sunflower oil, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Zinc sulphate monohydrate, Thickener: white beeswax, Lutein 20%, Zeaxanthin 14%, Taurine, Bilberry extract 1.5%, Emulsifier: Sunflower lecithin, Copper sulphate anhydrous, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic acid 92% (Vitamin B11), Gelatin (bovine), Glycerine, Colourants: Iron oxides, Titanium dioxide.

Usage

Adults: 2 capsules spread throughout the day.

Take during meals with sufficient fluid, e.g. water.
