Composition
Three capsules contain - (recommended daily dose) 
600 mg Hericium mushroom extract 
600 mg Hericium mushroom powder 
300 mg hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule) 
   90 mg Acerola

The capsules are free from animal substances, sugar, and gluten; they contain no flavourings, colourings, or preservatives. Pure substances without additives and fillers in the capsule filling. 

Usage:
Take one capsule three times daily. Preferably half an hour before meals with sufficient fluid.
