Ginger (Zingiber officinale) 10:1 extract 400 mg
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) 10:1 extract 400 mg
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell) 200 mg

Ingredients
40% ginger (Zingiber officinale) 10:1 extract, 40% turmeric (Curcuma longa) 10:1 extract, 20% Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).

Usage
Take one to two capsules twice daily with sufficient fluid, preferably half an hour before meals.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, only use ginger after consulting your doctor!

In the case of gallstones, only use after consulting your doctor! Ginger promotes the flow of gallstones and can lead to an intensification of gallstone symptoms.

It is possible that ginger, especially if used for a long time or in large quantities, can influence blood clotting and blood pressure, and may lower blood sugar levels.
