Multi Health Woman is a formula that is complete and of very high quality. It includes various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12 & folic acid) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate. Fittergy is also one of the few multi-formulas with a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
The Multi Health Woman formula contains components specifically aimed at women, such as extra iron, extra kelp as a source of iodine, and, for example, green tea.
