Multi Health Complete is a comprehensive formula of very high quality. Various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12, and folic acid) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate, and iron bisglycinate have been chosen. Orthovitaal is also one of the few multi formulas to include a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma, and delta tocopherols.
In addition to the expected vitamins and minerals, the Multi Health Complete formula contains several other important components, such as Inositol, PABA, Choline, Betaine, Bioflavonoids.
Folate, iron, copper, selenium, zinc, vitamin A, B12, B6, C, and vitamin D support the immune system
Biotin, calcium, phosphorus, iron, iodine, copper, magnesium, manganese, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, and vitamin C support energy levels
